Teaching methods
I firmly believe that each class should be tailored to the needs and learning styles of each of my students. Therefore it is important to me to take a consultative and participative approach to teaching Spanish.
All courses begin with a short test and a conversation which assesses the student's approximate level of ability. From this a course outline is created.
Each student creates his or her own workbook which focuses on the areas of learning that needs more attention. The course then develops into one that is specifically tailored to that individual student.
Using methods that stimulate the potential of the brain that liberate the student from the limitations of learning a language and releasing mental blockages the student has an opportunity to freely learn.
A uniqe method that combines sugestopedie with sign language and expression, works to assist students in recalling grammatical structures and express themselves confidentally in Spanish.
The lesson are fun and stimulating, and the language learnt is relevant to day to day life in Spain. The classes also provide a deeper knowledge of the language by covering topics such as culture and history.
Cancellation policy: Classes must be cancelled 48 hours in advance in order for them not to be charged to the student.
